Terms & Conditions:
1. This season is valid from July 1 to 4 September 2022 at all participating malls.
2. Purchase receipts issued during the above-mentioned promotion duration must be produced to participate in the campaign.
3. For every AED 100 worth purchase from the participating malls, customers are eligible for one digital raffle coupon. An SMS and/or email will be sent to the customer along with raffle coupon serial number/s as a confirmation of their chance to enter in the raffle draws.
4. Customers are responsible to register for the promotion at the same mall where the purchase is made.
5. Each coupon is valid for only one draw.
6. The draws dates are:

8. Winners will be contacted through the information provided at the time of registration.
9. Winners must present a valid ID, Passport and Visa copy , purchase receipt, andl SMS/Email confirmation to claim the prize.

11. Prizes are to be claimed within 60 days of intimation.
12. In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) and DSMG reserve the right to deny the prize to a winner.
13. Any wrong information shared by the participating customer will not be the responsibility of DFRE, DSMG, partnering malls or any other partner involved
14. The decision of DFRE and DSMG on all aspects will be final and binding. No queries or claims will be entertained.
15. The winner explicitly agrees to bear the cost of customs, VAT, and any other related taxes or fees. DFRE, DSMG and the car dealer reserves the right to invoice the winner for the said fees.
16. The information provided in the digital raffle coupon will be used by DSMG & DFRE for future marketing purposes
